A: YES. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address; however, transit times can take up to 45 business days.

A: Should you need to make changes (modify) your order, please log into your account which was created at the time of purchase (An email was sent to you then, with your login information) or please simply contact us at and we’ll be happy to help.



  1. What are my payment options?

A: We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex credit cards, Debit and email transfer. We cannot split payments between accounts.

  1. When will I be charged for my order?

A: You will be charged when you place your order. Your order will be processing within 72 hours.


  1. What currency is the site in?

A: Prices on the Canadian site are in Canadian dollars. All dollar amounts on the US/International website are presented in US currency.

  1. What if I am ordering with a Canadian credit card on the US/International Website?

A: The charges to your credit card will reflect the current exchange rate from CAD to USD. Please note that this rate is determined by your credit card company. Additionally, your credit card company may charge you an international transaction fee for these orders. To find out more, it’s best to check with your credit card company prior to placing your order.

A: A standard shipping fee depending on location applies to all orders. (3-9 business days)

If you prefer your parcel to arrive faster (1-7 business days), please select the expedited shipping option. A shipping fee of $24.99 USD will apply.

A: A standard shipping fee of $30 USD applies to all international orders.

Your delivery is expected to arrive within 5-14 business days. Once shipped you will receive email updates on your shipping status.

A: Your items will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of the order being placed. Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes duties and they may differ depending on your region.

A: We’re unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

  1. Will you ship to an international P.O. box?

A: We will not ship to P.O. Boxes outside of Canada and the U.S.
